Exchange Policy

At HamRah, customer satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer returns or refunds, we are happy to provide exchanges to ensure you get the perfect piece.

Exchange Window

You may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • With original tags attached

  • In their original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation)

How to Request an Exchange

To start an exchange, please contact us at HamRah. Our team will guide you through the process and provide details on how to send your item back.

Note: Items sent without prior exchange approval will not be accepted.

Damages or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items cannot be exchanged, including:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item for exchange.

  • In cases of wrong or damaged items, HamRah will cover the exchange shipping costs.
