1. Delivery Areas

• We deliver all across Pakistan through trusted courier services.

2. Delivery Time

• Standard delivery: 3–7 working days.

• Remote areas may take longer.

3. Shipping Charges

• Urban areas: PKR 200 fixed.

• Remote areas: Charges vary by courier.

• Free delivery may be offered during promotions.

4. Order Confirmation

• Orders are confirmed via call or message before dispatch.

• Unconfirmed orders will not be shipped.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD available nationwide.

• Full payment must be made at delivery.

6. Damaged / Wrong Product

• Contact us within 48 hours if you receive a damaged or incorrect product.

• Replacement or exchange will be processed as per policy.

7. Public Holidays

• Deliveries may be delayed during national/public holidays.
